The company provides storage, preparation, and delivery services for goods and products to its business clients, in compliance with Omani laws and regulations.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the type and nature of goods before storage or shipping.
• Ensure all goods are legal, non-hazardous, and comply with regulations.
• Take full responsibility for any data or instructions provided while using the service.

Limitations and Obligations

Clients must not use The Storage Hub’s services for illegal purposes or harm others. The company reserves the right to reject or suspend any order suspected of containing illegal or unsafe goods.

The company may take appropriate actions to protect its assets and ensure operational safety.

Goods Policy

The company only handles authorized goods, stored securely in monitored facilities. It is not liable for restricted, perishable, or special-condition goods unless agreed upon in advance.

• Clients must collect their goods within the agreed period after notification.
• The company reserves the right to dispose of uncollected goods after the agreed storage period expires.

Legal Liability

The company takes all necessary precautions to ensure goods safety during storage and delivery but is not responsible for damages caused by force majeure, poor packaging, or third-party shipping errors.

Terms Modification

The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
